Dr. Netta Galnor-Tene
Director of the Israel Climate Forum
Head of the Israeli Climate Forum, established at the initiative of President Isaac Herzog. A graduate of the Public Administration Program in the Strategic Planning Division of the Planning Administration, holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was awarded the President of Israels Scholarship for Excellence and Research Innovation (2019). Has extensive experience in project management and policy promotion, including work at the Israel Democracy Institute and as the Director of the Workshops and Public Education Unit at the AIDS Prevention Committee.

Shanna Pittman Frank
North American Representative
Shanna is an accomplished NGO leader and activist with nearly 25 years of expertise in program management, strategic planning, fundraising, board development, and team building. She specializes in cross-generational movement and program building, fostering collaboration across age groups and other community divides to drive long-term impact. Passionate about environmental sustainability, peacebuilding, and social justice, Shanna has been deeply involved in the Israeli environmental movement since 2020, working with NGOs and communities focused on equity, justice, and sustainability both regionally and globally. Uri Angel
Director of Tzamarot Accelerator
One of the founders of the sustainable movement, a movement that combines Israel, the environment, Judaism, and sustainability. Uri is a leader in the struggle to include climate education in Israeli schools and to divert universities’ investments away from fossil fuels.

Graduate of the Rabin Leadership Academy, the Shalom Hartman Institute, and the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. Former director of the "Center for Social Justice" in Modi'in. Co-founder of the "We the Youth" and "The Liberal Camp" movements in Modi'in. Independently studies the field of ecological economics and plays the bass guitar and trumpet.

Environmental activist and educator with extensive experience in learning management, content development, and specialized training. A member of the 'Aniya' collective, which creates innovative urban interventions centered on nature and community. Holds a degree in industrial design and a teaching certificate, blending design thinking methodologies with permaculture principles in projects aimed at fostering connections between people and the environment. Passionate about designing spaces and enjoys exploring how things work.
